All you need to do to roll a Monarch rack is be patient. Try to prioritize a single rack close to WP, and you don’t need more than 2-3/10 drops as what you want to be effecient with Teleport/TK.
Monster spawns within the tile and route taken to approach the rack effect the drop. Monster spawns are out of your hands, always keep your route the same once you spawn something and try different routes for every rack you roll close to WP.

Can you even get monarchs that early? I was under the impression they only start dropping at Inner Cloister?

IIRC Monarch can drop in NM WSK.

Damn if it drops that early I might just farm carver camps in black marsh. Nice to find one right by the waypoint and they clear out pretty quick with high mob density

This is good. Roll a good LK map with monarch rack(if you still need runes).

Ended up finding one in ancient tunnels. Crisis averted. Tried finding a monarch rack with no luck but found one that drops threshers 8/10 times but I rerolled that map for some stupid reason...

Farming racks is boring unless you have good LK map as well.

Where was that tresher rack? Im gonna need one if my char make it to hell
