My very first found Soj on Single Player And probably my 2nd of the entire 10-15 years ive been playing D2 (on and off)

Also found Hel rune in Durance level 3 from chest down near act 4 portal.
Used it to clean my armor and start putting Perfect Topazs in it for more MF
Running with about 150% MF now (72% Helmet,33% travs, 10% tals belt, 5% sc, 6% ring, 24% armor) can still add another perfect to armor when i find another
