As for the absolute most efficient way to get runes:

200 FCR Sorc
10x Key and Cube, rest empty
ID at Cain
Don’t stop running until you’re full then ID all at once
Roll map with both Huts as close to WP as possible (non linear map) and TK WP to Act 4 at the end of your run
Only hit superchests, if you really must hit poppables only hit the ones directly within your route
