Crafted definitely in the lead! I don’t know about the whole Titan thing. Not sure if I have the balls to do that on top of 2h Weapon.

War axe until naga until ettin axe and then zerker from vendors. Hopefully. As the craft.

Skill, probably will start with fire. Respec to fanat nightmare. Something like that.

You could get some pretty sweet crafted rolls. If you have some good sources of DS and CB, damage could be descent too.
