When you bug Andy she will drop quest drop items every time.

i think you need a certain number of posts.. 50 or 100 before images show.



btw, if you insist on using paint, you can drag the bottom corner of the picture to match the size of your screenshot so you don't have all this white space.
otherwise, the easier method is just looking in your diablo 2 directory where your screenshots go automatically, and upload to your picture uploading site that way

I had that quite big white background and the whole image was too big, will fix it next time.
