She just wastes the merc. Finally just summoned bear between Her and Hops and hit her and then re-summoned bear--rinse and repeat. Also drank antidotes. The savage Partizan is still good in nightmare.

I like the ar. Using it. They are faster than a Partizan. But upgrade to a slower Colossus Voulge...albeit, much great damage.

I gambled a blue mesh long ago but didn't have tal rune for crafting...This is best item!





Replaced a 24 light res plated belt!

You can shop 4 socket armor of whale and rune/gem it, can also get atod if you find a good one hander

I know about both items. I don't shop like that. Mostly go and kill things and then shop during towns. Bout the only time I shop repeatedly are for 3oc flails (black) or 2oc breast (stealth) plate or bo sticks. I did find a 4oc norm style armor with whale mod...once! But I already had a Fort. But if I ever find a great one handed weapon or see an atod, I'll incorporate immediately. Sometimes you can also shop a good axe for crafting...but it drives me nuts. I'm always looking for whale mods... or 2oc with decent life mod.

I've ignored decent monster screenshots so far. Often they are most telling:



When surrounded by many skellies and 'ressurectibles', this guy is good to avoid. Finally put a point in the life vine...mostly cuz it eats skelly bones.



Poor merc died during this screenshot. Is fangskin ever pleasant? I'm going with Razan cuz I want to reacquaint myself with might aura. Last time I used a holyfreeze merc...which I miss right now.



Would welcome a shapechanger circlet. The +2 Fury pelt has 2 perf topaz now.

Just doesn't cut it. Maybe good for a fireclaw bear but they need some hefty damage too, especially in hell.



Used bear to distract the companions of this tough boss. Took awhile.

Got like negative cold res with the mf helm on so I'm using thaws here.



Using this for now. Not sure which is better, high def of this life with light res. But the next battle proved life is more important:



Don't think I can kill him. He left the wolf all black with like one hit. Fury makes dealing with this kind of guy deadly. He killed merc twice and wastes the bear too. At least his skellies are dead

Grumble regenerates fast. Tried to take him down but these bad wraiths came at the party from the unopened door. Had to run.



Time to go back and get the staff from maggots. Going to be a bit tricky getting by the wraiths on the return.



Safety rings seems useful try. Not this one though.



Keep rolling these hoping for a good exceptional weapon with useful second mod. Still using rare bill and sometimes the spare savage partizan...it's getting old.
