Starting off with some good luck in the Blood Moor-- 2 Experience Shrines before I finished clearing it.
Used one for the rest of Blood Moor clear then the other for Den.

Used Javelins to clear most of the Den.
They hit hard at the start and give you range.

You can use Strangling Gas Potions against Blood Raven.
I believe the 17 stack I had dealt 1/2 her health pool.
