Cain's portal stayed open after he is rescued

If remember correctly, doesn't his portal close immediately after he uses it?

Made an ancient's pledge

it's 33@ base, found at the armor stand in tower level 5

I'm going to continue to use umbral disk however, the hit blinds target + max block means I almost never get hit when attacking.
I will keep it on switch for boss fights though

Decided to run pits, why not!
