Used the rest of my gems to re-roll this battle scythe trying to get something like that partizan, since the scythe is a faster base. Ended up wasting all of the gems though, no good rolls.

After I had found 10... yes 10 El runes, I was able to make a Steel, so I spent what felt like over an hour shopping for a superior 2os battle axe and any other upgrades along the way.
