Dude, don't waste CA insight for iron golem, make him out of a crappy insight in random base. Its not like he's doing much more dmg anyways (have you seen how slow this thing attack?). All you want from him is that sweet aura while your merc can use obedience.

Hmm i dont think I ll use insight on my merc ever again, as he is needed for damage. so the golem food can be anything that is 4 sockets. I didn't even know the bases make any difference at the golem? more dmg? why not more life if elite base

ok hardest fight of the WT a HELL LORD even basic, takes waaaay tooo long, had to pull back one by one somehow of this pack, but not skipping, killed them all. I mean mainly the MERC did.

highest def armor so far, if it was 3 sock would be great, if it had 4 sock i d farm LK until LO



ancients fight start... some weird bug happened.... I managed to pull away one. the two others stayed with Iron Golem, but on the minimap they are not visible...? also in first 3 sec of fight he got to 2/3 of his life.... but then he just slowly regained life and all was well.

yes, the iron golem takes the properties of the item it's made of. That's why if you make it from insight, the golem now provides the meditation aura. Same applies for all the other stats. If you make it out of Ik maul, it will have the crushing blow chances, if you make it out of hoto it will have the + all res, etc. If you make it from an etheral weapon, your iron golem will be etheral.
