Alright fellas, I did a handful of Pit runs tonight and I found a 44@ 3os Gilded Shield. I have the runes to make 'Sanctuary' (KoKoMal), but given this is an exceptional (not elite) auric shield, should I make 'Sanctusry' in it? I'm interested in your guys' thoughts...

I'd do it, defense is pretty good and it has 52% block which is OK. Ko and Mal runes aren't that rare so even if you found a better shield to make it in (somewhat unlikely) it wouldn't be the end of the world, if it's an upgrade do it.

By the time you find a better base you'll be rolling in Ko's and Mal's

This is really a no brainer, mal's and ko's arent that rare especially when you reach LK, shields with high res and good def AND 3 socks are rare.

I have already rolled the 'Sanctuary' and I don't want to spoil it, but suffice it to say it was a good roll.
