What is that guy using? Does he have an exile without using holy shield?

He shows his gear in the end of the video ... But i'm pretty sure he cheated (5*named item ie :D)
Also He's lvl 89 with all those items, I doubt he has been so lucky to get all those runes and bases w/o farming pits for months
