Seems godly for ES sorc.

Dtg2m doesnt reduce any dmg.
Lets say a mob hit you for 224dmg (you have 50%dr and 24dr and 12% d2gtm)
224 - 24(dr) = 200
200 - 50% = 100
You take 100dmg
100 * 12% = 12
You gain 12 mana

Its also shit for an es sorc, es reduces the damage you get alot and from this lowered dmg you get back just a few pts mana, but lost alot mana due to 95% es.

It's so shit that people used to make ghandi sorc in pvp 29 which were kinda immortal to phys dmg
the reason is dr applies after ES reduction
