I would make the Harmony in a Blade bow. It's quick as hell, decent damage and you can give it to a merc when you're done with it.

Blade bows are also max 4 socs, so easy enough to make a 4 socket one.

Got Crusader one for that, i hope its not too slow. I should have enough IAS anyway..

The breakpoints for the two bows are:

Blade - 9/3 strafe: 37 IAS
- 9/2 strafe: 60 IAS
Other attacks - 8/22/42/75/142 for 11/10/9/8/7 fpa

Crusader - 9/3 strafe 80 IAS
- 9/2 strafe 120 IAS
Other attacks - 4/11/22/35/56/89/147/292 for 14/13/12/11/10/9/8/7 fpa

The crusader bow hits harder, but you sure need a lot more IAS to get the same damage output.

Remember the mantra of damage over time. The faster you hit, the more damage you do over time.

Make the Harmony in what you want. Just be sure to hit the 9/3 BP. While Aye lives in the 9/2 world, most self found peeps cannot obtain this bp using realistic gear. So just shoot for the 9/3 and if you happen to achieve the 9/2 then kudos to you.

STR is always enough for gear on any zon. Dex is where the ED comes from.

remove the fortitude from your merc and give him a resist armor and LL hat. Ignore his weapon completely as you only want his might aura.

In fairness, 60 IAS is hardly a lot when you can get 35 from fervoured Twitch and 45 from trechery

Lem is one of those things that last ladder I found more than I could shake a stick at, and this ladder has proved illusive indeed....

Seriously though, Lem is a reasonable expectation provided you're prepared to do some Countess runs and Cube. Also a fair chance from the two forges of course even if only building the one char.
