Naah, from normal bosses. Pits doesn't have super unique and people found coa's / griffons / tal rasha's chest / gris shields / gris heads / ik armor from there, and they all are rarer then that flail :P

It can drop from champion packs and bosses with their minions :)

The most effecient way to run for items like CoA, Stormlash, Griff etc is doing The Pits/Ancient Tunnels and only kill boss packs + champs :)

MF will increase the chance of course.
