What’s the reason for not ‘detonating’ tiger strike with normal attack after 3 charges?

I mostly just forget to do it sometimes, as there is so much stuff going on, also you have higher attack rating when its up, sometimes when you switch to hit, it misses and stays up, I have noticed I forget to use it alot since I gotten into hell.

arcane was as bad you could think, lawbringer makes it possible to do, but still a nightmare, really hard to kill anything, ghosts keep getting pushed outside the limits, also very dangerous combos of mobs
