Lol runewords were NOT available in single player. I'm glad you only saw that part about online playing.

Maybe one day when I have time , I will. You'll see how players 1 seems easy at first, but is difficult starting in A2 hell. I'm sure you'll have plenty of fun there

AFAICanSee LOD release was version 1.07 and it implemented the first rune words (for SP and MP I think)

First off notice the date: Aug 1st, 2001 patch 1.08 only existed from Jun 27th until about Aug 16th iirc. Second: written in big red letters for all you noobs to see
Rune Words are currently only active for Realm Characters. We expect Rune Words to be added for Single Player and Open Characters in a future patch.
