As long as I don't get cocky and just rush in, I can kill the Council w/ relative ease. I just have to play a bit defensive since I'm still a bit squishy

I'm not gonna go in quite yet. Since Council isn't too terrible to kill and they are known for dropping some decent runes, let's run them ISO a Lem!!!

Ehhhhh... I wanted to let my merc have the satisfaction of being able to "contribute" but this took way too fking long. Imma just reset next time I come across a member w/ a FI mod haha

Didn't really find a whole lot :/. But at least xp wasn't terrible. It wasn't great by any means but I could actually see the xp bar move in between runs!

Found D's Shell which is actually super great due to the next Act III restriction needed before fighting Mephisto

This was the next best drop which should speak wonders to how bad NM Council runs are lol.

Ding! And with this lvl up, let's conclude our runs

Before I am able to fight Mephisto, I must obtain max (75 or greater) fire and cold resistances. There are no requirements/restrictions for poison nor lightning; screenshot before the fight with stats open.

.... Let's get this over with....

Bahhh, I'm nervous thinking about the dolls :rofl:

... I'm going to switch back to a Cold Iron Wolf to help freeze/slow any dolls that come rush at us.

Hey! No dolls at all! This is great!! I can just relax and chill while Hydras demolish everything!! Too easy, I love this place!

I did end up full ID'ing lvl 1 when the stairs was right beside the entrance hahah

Finally found lvl 3. No joke, this journey through Durance was a roller coaster of emotions lmao but I'm super glad it's coming to an end

Sparky here was a bit of a bitch to take down (just like he was in Normal), but the other two were pretty easy to drop

Rudolph the Cold Merc died pretty much right away. But didn't need him. I simply summoned a bunch of Hydras and juked Meph's attacks while the spicy bois took him down. If I can reroll a good map for Durance WP-->lvl 3, then I wouldn't mind running Meph at all!

But alas... sometimes RNG has other plans for you lol

Upon Mephisto quest kill, if he drops any form of boots or gloves, then I may re-run him as much as I'd like. However, if he fails to drop either boots or gloves, then I can never kill Mephisto (NM) again; screenshot quest kill loot with stats open.

(So no more runs this Hydra Sorc)

Verification that I still did not complete the Golden Bird Q... Man that's gonna bother me lololol. Let's move on and forget about it just like I did w/ the Forge Q (Normal)
