Or poison damage.
And if the issue is having to run before being able to kill lillith, can always try to make a setup with venom grips and whatever that poison armor is, if you didn't try that already.
Might take forever though haha.

Edit- maybe try venom grips with treachery, so the fade buff gives you additional physical resistance too. Would probably want to have open wounds instead of poison though, since venom kills poison duration

I had psn dmg sc in inventory

but i don't care anymore. I'm done with this wt

u had to use a mod to even unlock that content

the gear u had was more than enough to do anything else
