My weapon options were limited but I couldn't use Frenzy with Lawbringer as life tap was critical.

Eth Oath was my weapon even though I have 2 Vex, Gul, Ber, Sur. Couldn't find a base for Death. Most Ubers were easy except for 3. Duriel, Baal and Mephisto were difficult. Lilith and Izual were straight forward and Diablo eventually stopped summoning Venom Lords with Howl spamming.

After buffing, switch to life tap wand and demonlimb.
Since Duriel has Holy Freeze, and Concentrate was slow, poison damage was useful against him because opening wounds didn't always proc with slow attack speed. Both poison damage and opening wounds stops health regen. Baal wasn't difficult but Stormshield is required because tenticles couldn't be feared so damage reduction % is important. Ghosts need to be fear Asap and keep 1-2 vampires on you as the fire damage will grant mana return with Angelics.
Mephisto was most difficult because bad hit chance and not proccing opening wounds consistently could be his health regen back to 50%. 300% resistances all is required. With Anni and resistance charms, 300% was easy to hit, if not stack more from gear. Kira's wasn't socketed either. Preferably if I had Wisp projector or Thunder Gods with Lightsaber but I only had Lightsaber. I had about 4000 HP so having all those skeleton mages and Mephisto on me was dangerous. Howl until he summons melee skeletons around you so he stops summoning further mages. One has to watch his Fade buff expiring because it can get deadly fast. I wasn't able to proc life tap from drac's consistently because lack of hit chance so stacking rejuv potions and switching to life tap wand was important.
I think that's about it, a Grief might be more useful because of -25 defense but I haven't checked Ubers defense to know for sure. Not sure if I missed anything.
