The game had some mercy and rewarded me with an awesome roll :drool: 1 ed from a max ed roll, 15 medi. Just look at that damage :drool:





Emilio needed another 5 str, because he only had 205 str when taking off his old insight. I decided to get a helmet with str. I would put on the helmet, give him his new insight by which he would get another 5 str, and then switch his helm back to Steelskull.
I didn't get one from the vendors, so I gambled some circlets and hoped to get one with str (or any other good circlet for myself B) ) Got this one eventually. Emilio ready for his new insight!

Just a warning, each time you join a new game or resurrect your merc, you'll have to dex bug him.

Apparently that seems not to be the case :wacko: I have revived Emilio / rejoined the game a few times and he is still able to use the cv each time :huh:



First skiller of the game. A nice 16 life on it, but useless otherwise :lol:





Since I had lost my maps due to farming a Tir rune in normal anyway, I decided to test how I would deal with hell. Resis are fine!





In the den. I have to admit, Emilio is carrying the group with his damage. It was sometimes difficult to move Emilio or bear to the shamans to stop them from reviving fallens.
No real difficulties, though.

Dangerous stuff :ph34r: Those dense groups die quickly to fissure, though. Experience is excellent.





No semi-focussing allowed :ph34r: Those extra strong mobs can kill me quickly ...

I somehow managed to corner Raven (or rather, she went there by herself :blush: ). Killing her was easy once she was stuck there.

Afterwards I entered Mausoleum and I think I will run it from now on. Reasons:

1. TC 85 area (everything can drop, and also a nice place for runeword bases)
2. Only slowly-walking undeads and skeletons, so it is relatively safe (i.e. no archers or casters)
3. No fire immunes (only bosses, sometimes)
4. Nice experience
5. Superchest/many poppables

It's important to watch for the attributes from bosses. The CE from fire enchanted can be dangerous ... :ph34r:





First opened superchest (it's wall of the eyeless, not lidless). When running Mausoleum, I will go a route that leads from the entrance to the superchest. I face a few boss groups on that way. I will not fully clear the Mausoleum each time.





Found another cv on my way for the next Mauso run. Not needed anymore ^_^
