I just re-read the start of the guide, and it's still excellent.
However, looking at your gear from the screenies: 10/3 Strafe? <Cough, splutter>
Which brings up my 2p's worth on the WF / Faith stuff from last page:
Much as Faith can and probably will get you to a two frame follow up strafe unless you completely screw up the rest of the build, it is a completely useless argument by whoever made it because this is and was always meant to be a MF guide for people who started out with little or no gear. The only way to get a faith on ladder is to cheat or sell your soul to Satan. At least WF is obtainable and because of cheaters all wanting Faith bows it's reasonably priced to trade for too.
Since I keep harping on about 9/2 strafing, a budget set up for WF 9/2 is:
WF (Doh) - shealed - 40 IAS
Trechery - 45 IAS
LoH - 20 IAS
Cat's Eye - 20 IAS
Which neatly gets us to the magical 120 for a Hydra Bow.
It leaves belt and head open for Razortail and Delirium, and comes complete with very sucky resists. However, that is the lot of most bowies regardless of gear to be honest. And triggering the fade on trech does get 60@ which should take anyone into at least the + side of all of them which is about as much as I ever hope for on a bowie.
