Well, it's not a 'Super Chest' in that way, that's for sure, but I see what you mean. I haven't had a single set item (unless I remember wrong) but several uniqs so I'm not sure about those drop rates. The uniq drop rate at 2% might be spot on tho!
Perhaps map seed affects, I dunno.
