It's really hard to estimate and I don't keep track. I guessed I ran 7000-7500 runs to level from 95 to 96. I would estimate 99.9% of my experience from level 83.5 to where I am at now is from the pits. The only other minor experience I would have gotten was farming 5x key sets and killing ubers at level 93. So, I am not sure, maybe 20K+? Maybe more...

Not sure how many unique rings since my last SOJ, but I think I post every one I find, so if someone was really motivated you could find out. I was thinking after I finish the grail (if I finish the grail haha) I would try and tabulate some of that information, but that is a project for another time.
