Is Hypatia ready for Hell?

If not, where could you stand for upgrades that NM could offer?

Doesn't feel Hell-ready to me. I could spam NM Andy for a Tal's amulet for the 4-piece bonus and some extra life/mana/damage. Also as I said, I want to remove some points from Static for more Hydra damage, and remove my Energy points to put them into Vita. I wondered about just keeping them and statting Energy Shield, but I don't really see ES working into this build too well - my mana is very frequently under 50% full. Also, I don't have any points to spare for the Telekinesis synergy.

Other than that, I don't really know. I'd like to make a 'Sanctuary' tower shield but finding a Mal in NM could take some time. I think I'd feel pretty good if I had Tal's ammy (would then have full set minus armor), a better Vipermagi, Sanctuary tower shield, and dwarf star/raven frost or soj. That plus maybe leveling at NM Baal until 75. I would probably move on without Sanc shield though, if I had the rest.

^ sounds like a solid plan! Yeah, ES might not work out so well for HC Hell character. You have to get pretty close to mobs to spam Nova. Too many Mana Burn packs in Hell.

Yeah, for NM it would have been better! But I will need the diamonds in Hell anyways and I'm almost there And a little stack never hurt. I was going to go Shael/Pdia for NM but didn't bother.

That could be the case! I basically just want a tala ammy and a better ring, and some levels! That not too hard right?! I guess we will see.

This cave was full of ranged lightning immunes. I can really feel a shift in the gameplay overall. She is transitioning from a Nova sorc with Hydra backup to a full hybrid that needs both depending on the situation.

It's better than the breast plate Treachery my merc is using, but I don't want to use up my only Lem just to gain 200 defense on my merc.
