Oki doki. Here goes :-)
So as far as I remember, I came to LK fairly quick. I'm not a big LK runner, but I rolled a nice map. The main goal was to get runes for Oath (Mal primarily, since I had enough Pul)
I did some Pit/Countess/LK runs. In LK I found a few charms, that I used (can't remember which) and I found Guillaumes helm from a rack which was a huge score (and so replaced my Nightwing).
After MANY Pit runs I found an Oath base, however not the one I wanted
I found an eth 4socketed war spike, which is a horrible base in my opinion. However, I was lucky to roll a nice Oath (335 % ED, max is 340 %)
In LK I got a good map with a rack dropping Hellforge and Tigulated males (I think) occasionally. So I did LK runs, and found eth armors and I think my 4th or 5th roll became 3 socketed, and my merc got the nice Treachery you see below. Since I did a lot of Pit runs at the time the armor might have dropped there as well, now that I think about it
I rolled to Treachery's, 1 AP found in Pit and 1 DS 14 % ed. The DS had more defense but was so expensive to repair, so I mainly used the AP Treachery.
In River of Flame I found an ethereal Balrog Blade with 14 % ED, which I later rolled into an Oath for fun when I finished the game. As you can see the roll was really good.
I had no major challenges and with Oath as killspeed was quite good on P8. Which means it didn't take long for me to finish.
Items can be seen below along with stats (faded barb). The barb has not been played since I finished it.
Unfortunately I never managed to find Arreats but I found the second best.
Farming goals
- Oath axe Base which means: 4 socket ethereal Small Crescent, Ettin Axe or Berserker Axe - DONE (with ethereal war spike)
- Arreat
- Guillaumes - DONE
- Vampire Gaze
- Eth Treachery armor Base (+1000 defense) - DONEI might try to farm the last two items at some point if I find the motivation.
