It sure does take quite a bit of patience. Although I was lucky enough to find a Ber in Ancient Tunnel, that helped me halfway to the Infinity.

infinity = 2 hr's
Cta = 2 hr's
hoto = 1 hr lol

most people with like 30+ pages of WT cant only but find 2 hrs
yet alone 5 hr's

It's hard to believe someone can be this wrong. CTA=1 HR an HR is any rune above what the hellforge can drop which is currently GUL. Finding 4 HRs by level 91 is pretty standard if you do p8 and run LK. Btw i like how you counted IST as a Hr for CTA but not Infinity.
