Upgrade it, and put a pul inside, the more armor it has the harder it will be to break.

haha this sounds pretty stupid but it's actually true as mobs will have a harder time hitting you if you have higher defense

I would definetely. get also the defence merc and upgraded it will have like 900 def. Its a zaka man :-P best pala shield he can find.
Maybe the pul thing is not worth, but upgrading it is definetely worth^^

Considering your eth zaka:

Farm pits instead of CS. The mobs wont hit you as much there. I found eth arach and started farming the pits half way through the dura on the arach. It made it last 3x as long.

Pits is a waste of time when looking for experience, arach, hoz, and soj.

If you want to have some more MF small charms, you can put your cube in your inventory and put whatever you find in there and ID it, I used to leave 8 spots open as well until someone suggested using a cube in the inventory.
