On average every 416th Nagelring has maximum (75;30) stats, so that is indeed superb.

On average every 606th Raven Frost is (250;20).

That is indeed nice.

I won't be as greedy as normal. Any raven will do for me on single player XD

If I am not mistaken, another walkthrough in here recorded a maximum stat Raven Frost from Pit Level 1 on Hell difficulty.

Either Ring is cool - and these occurrences are few and far between - so make sure you cherish the moment.
