Larzuk will give you only one sochet on rare or unique items, but in the case of magic items, he can give you one or two sochets. For me, everytime I try it on magic items, he gave me two sochets.

The etherial mod cannot remain after re-rolling, as my knowledge goes.
Made some research and tries too and I think it is like socket fromLarzuk, bcs it gives you one or two sockets, along side new magical weapon. I also found that this recipe ( 3 flawesses and magic weapon ) can only have affixes up to lvl 30 so no cruel can be there, only savage. So I guess my best bet is to drop elite magic axe in pit or mausoleum and reroll it with 3 perfects and than give it to larzuk...0
