my laptop made a funny noise when I started it just now. I think it's just a fan. but I'm going to backup the d2 folder anyway. that means having to close the game

still have to laugh at extra fast zombies .. .. meteor'd down two packs of them on the moore
also in the blood moore were a pack of fanatic quill rats
and another guy who was lightning enchanted and fire enchanted. he was on the bridge so I just cast meteors running from side to side on whichever shore he was closest to
corpsefire was lightning enchanted too, he made short work of my merc but still . . zombies are slow

monsters take a lot to kill and do tons of damage, but so far are slow enough I can handle it

previously in the cold plains, there was a group of two unique fallen shaman in the first corner I explored, one was magic resistant the other was cursed with two regular shaman close by too. those little guys do a lot of damage when you're amped
then Bishibosh was cold immune, so I had to let the merc take him down..
a would be 2-3 hit KO from a fallen and they are constantly being revived means kite kite kite and long battles

yes, I went into the cave without clearing the cold plains.
had some amp conviction light enchanted dead rogue things that were pretty nasty, killed merc twice since fire immune too. but as levels come he's becoming stronger, the increased damage based on level difference is coming back down
