Super Unique monsters retain their preset Unique bonuses from Normal, add one different randomly selected bonus in Nightmare, two in Hell: https://www.theamazonbasin.com/wiki/index.php?title=Super_Unique

Bone Ash is one such, so he has his 3 preset Unique bonuses (Magic Resistant, Extra Strong, Cold Enchanted) plus another two in Hell, here: Fire Enchanted, Aura Enchanted (Fanaticism apparently).
Ancient Kaa the Soulless seems to be the only other example with 3 preset Unique bonuses (Mana Burn, Extra Strong, Lightning Enchanted).
