Always feels so good when the grind pays off - especially when it was the rarest/most desirable item on my list. Just Vgaze and Aldur's to go, or until I get thoroughly bored/burned out and do Bela's idea! If a nicer Vmaji drops I'll take it but not busting a gut over it. Now lvl 77 :)

Tal Rasha's Adjudication Amulet Item Level is at least 26 and at most 99 (determined by source: monster or container or gambling).

Character Level 22+ can gamble it while 31+ ensures sufficient Item Level each Gamble.
Gamble inventory Amulet Item Level: 26 has 1:37 000 chance to spawn Tal Rasha's Adjudication Amulet (Item Level: 27 ... 38 has 1:44 000 chance, and Item Level: 39 ... 99 has 1:45 000 chance).
