Yo guys would you stay at NM Meph until you found a Razortail or would you go farm Hell Andy? I feel like she has a better chance to drop Highlords or Cats eye among other things like Shakoooooooo

Hell Andy has the benefit of being able to glitch quest drops. On the other hand she is more deadly. If you can kill her quickly I would move ahead.
