I don't think he can manage hell. but lets see, If he really can't do anything in hell. i might restat him. even i know my rule. but i have alot of fun with this char.
but i don't think it will work in hell, so might go melee summoner there.

1 summon resist
1 decrepify
20 corpse explosion
rest on summon mage

Spirit sword, Splendor shield, gg

amplify the common mobs, decrep the packs / bosses

a single explosion will kill the remaining mobs, if you cast amplify on them, since the explo deals 50% phisical and 50% fire dmg + amplify gives 100% more dmg if i remember well

would work well.
