The first half++ runs used that 25% CB uniq sword + 10% CB random crafted gloves, never using zeal against any boss, just smite him down it's a lot easier
with the 3x topaz mask and wt's, goldwrap, 2x nagels and some other crap mf adds i think i had around 230-260, imo thats the perf MF u should aim
if you wanna make fast mepruns, just get a bunch of CB, try to get Black runeword (40 CB) and other random crafted blood gloves with 8-10 CB, and if you find a Rattlecage (unique Gothic Armor) that would be awesome, it adds you 25 CB +! dont try to get OW or others, just aim for the CB!
with 43% CB (uniq mace + gloves) i make a full run (open game, get to mep, kill him, esc in a4) in around 1 minute, if your merc have a weapon with Prevent monster heal that would be really helpful too

my goddamn SYMPLE and easy method is... count how many tele charges left i have xD i just use 1 tele charge in 1 mep run, and my staff have 33 teles, so i just count +1+1+1.... in the calculator of the PC
my rythm is being a little slow for me, i wish i can get a new weapon for hell soon... or else i'll have to farm pits for ever as hammer
