It's not. I always have good luck with rolling eth armors. Just been forever since I've done it.

I can't remember if 40 or 50 is perfect... But either way, MF can't hurt since I'll sit at meph for years.

Yes it is. You don't roll eth armors. You find an eth one which is 50% more defense than a normal armor. Eth-bugging, ergo bugging, gives it another 50% defense.

654 + 50% = 981

654/2=327
654+327=981
