Can you explain how the golems work? I don't understand how creating the iron one out of an Item works and not losing the item or whatever. May e I'm going crazy

By golems do you mean all golems or just IG? Certain items can be used to create an Iron Golem and by doing so the IG will gain some of the items abilities. Auras are a good example, but so is IK Maul because of 2 sockets and high Crushing Blow. The item will disappear when you make an IG out of it and if it dies you'll ahve to make a new one from a new item.

You can actually make your IG immune to most elements by creating it from an item with very high resistances. I don't find that very useful tho since he'll "only" be a shield. Having him give you an Aura or some CTC with CB/OW source would be far more useful

I'll eventually use an IG instead of the Fire Golem, but I'd like Teleport skill first
