Yeah, that guy with multiple Diablo 2 speed running World records is terrible at the game.

I was also wondering what would make him say such a statement but maybe he was being sarcastic I think

I’m sure I’m wrong on this, but I thought Tyreals could only drop from certain monsters with high enough mlvl. Is this wrong?

Right, I knew that, but I thought that not just any monster could drop it, it had to come from a unique or champion pack.

It actually was a champion pack, just rewatched it. So if its champion packs in ilvl 85 areas,dont the pits have more packs than AT?

I believe depending on the map seed there can be a variable number of unique/champion packs in ilvl 85 areas.

In this case here, at are better than pits.
He runs cold sorc with insight merc iirc and there is no cold imunes in at.
Pits are full of cold imunes and his clear speed would be bad compared to at clear speed.
At and pits both have equal chance of same amount of boss camps to spawn, so it just goes down to clear speed.
