Its a damn shame that lacerator has the %targets flee proc, that would easily be one of the best melee axes in the game without that mod.

I know it’s kind of annoying, but barb has that frw advantage compare to others to catch up. I haven’t used it as always used reapers. I’m thinking it’s proc only needed on Elites and Bosses.
