A key will be finding SoE, if you roll 8% LL on that, it will cover a large portion of your needs, 1/3 of your total needs. Hitting 24% in hell will be tough.

still it was a decent choice for the moment, need all the life leach in the world, runes and gems in a helm would not offer much of anything, have enough health and resists all,
the roll on the helm was good, decent defence, ll, life and fire resists.
I hope to find Vampire Gaze mfing meph later, that would be a end game helm for me
