Here you can see me taking advantage of my merc's treachery armor. I stand in the fires to activate it.



And here's why. Those orange balls are (I think) pure physical and they hurt like hell. Not only that, but everything else here shoots ice at me. My cold resistance pre-fade = -5%. Ouch. 55% with fade. But also, fade cuts the frozen time down to just a few seconds instead of what feels like minutes.

Saved anya, off to do some pindle runs. Been going steady for a couple hours. And then...

WoW! How often do you see that? Double unique drop andboth are awesome. Hellmouth gauntlets (I would use these on a paladin for fire monsters) and more importantly....mage fists!! That completes one goal!

Will progress to the end of the game This week and spend some time running countess for a HOTO. Feel free to make suggestions! Having fun so far, didnt think i'd make it this far on hardcore

LK superchest cant drop unique or set items.
Highest drop from nm LK is lem, so you where quit lucky.
Hell LK can drop up to ber (cham from monsters)

Thanks! That helps, especially since I only go to the internet place to update my walkthrough and I dont have a d2 guide at home. Does anyone know of an all inclusive d2 guide that includes all types of drops, the runewords, rune hunting, etc?
