Pretty sure any unique jewel or charm will be the same thing. Unless we need all 8 facet types.

It has nothing to do with any of the items individually, just the probability of finding ALL of those items in a (~12?) Hour period is extremely hard to believe. I hope I'm wrong and he just has insane luck though but again, very improbable for all of those items to drop in such a short period of time.
