Can you believe it! Despite it being primarily a melee helmet, I will use it (+2 skill, fhr, @ res is just too nice, even as an elemental). I still haven't found a good-enough flickering flame base, sadly.

Nice potential infinity base, but then again the attack speed is rather slow - if I ever create an infinity, I will use a faster base to trigger CB more often.
