I think in act 4 are always souls.

Just realized that i didn't clear nm cows. Completly forgot about it. Maybe thats one more chance for an Insight base. If cows are Not light immune in nm.

Ive had no souls in my last private wt in hell act 4 ;)
And cows arent immune in nm except cow king :p
