Hallelujah! Keep in mind this is the first white monarch that has dropped for me.....and I'm pushing level 90! :blink:

Did some gambling. I just gamble rings and ammys. Got nothing good.

Saved a few of the rings to try some crafting. All were fails.

It did drop from the armor rack. But no, I have not tried to approach it from a different direction. That was the only monarch to drop from there. I've since re-rolled my map so that armor rack is gone.
