Deadly Strike doesn't work with sacrifice, you would be better off socketing a 3 socket helm with gems/runes unless you are desperate for leech right now, in nm 16% leech is needed assuming full drain effectiveness on the moster

A key will be finding SoE, if you roll 8% LL on that, it will cover a large portion of your needs. Hitting 24% in hell will be tough, especially when you consider most monsters have lowered drain effectiveness that reduces your leech meaning you can need 40+ to negate dmg, the higher DE values monsters will force you needing more leech than you can get, so it's just a case of playing smart and if you use amp//decrep vs them keep in mind you increase your damage taken. Also, damage resistance will reduce damage taken to yourself therefore reducing leech needs.

Some issues for you to worry about but that's the fun of the challenge
