Well partizan is slower so the eth halberg doensnt do much lower dmg.

3.1 attacks/s with halberg
2.7 attacks with partizan

So lets say u get 230% ed insight
19-73=63-241=152 avg * 3.1=471dps with halberg insight
34-75=112-248=180 avg dmg*2.7=486 dps with partizan insight

doesnt matter much as you can c
