This has been a very discussed topic. There is (as far as I know) 81 patterns containing Pul to Ber Runes. However not all patterns are discovered but I highly doubt, with all people running and recording patterns, that there are more than a hundred. Probably around 90.
Soi that's a 81/65536 chance of finding a rune between Pul and Ber on every opened chest. You have 6 chests to open every run.
