static will bring mobs at 50% hp, then cb via gore + guil should do the job. smite even 1pt will take any boss
without dual dream it will still be slow, but doable. add as much light dmg as you can too :)

Will try Cmoon for sure. For CB i got Goblins and 10%CB crafted gloves

Then i found Thresher, so tried to get 5sox for Obedi



Success, new merc upgrade untill CMoon



Also found PB, was trying to get 4sox for remaking the VoR, but was 6sox
